Animals are highly receptive to Reiki and often connect with and absorb the energy even more than humans do. This is because they possess a natural sensitivity to energy and can intuitively detect the practitioner's intentions and vibrations.

Animals, like humans, have an energy field surrounding their bodies, and disruptions or imbalances in this energy field can manifest as physical or emotional issues. Reiki helps restore balance and harmony to this energy field, which in turn can support the animal's natural healing processes.

Reiki can be particularly beneficial for animals because it is non-invasive, gentle, and can be administered without direct physical contact. Reiki creates a calming feeling for animals which is relaxing, reduces stress and anxiety, alleviates pain, accelerates recovery from illness, injury, and trauma, and enhances overall well-being.

All sessions are done remotely. There are no time or space restrictions to distant Reiki. Healing can be sent to any place in the world. Distant Reiki is even more practical for animals because some animals may live too far away or be fearful of strangers. But they absorb Reiki distantly. Distant treatments are cost-effective for the owner and quicker to schedule. Distant Reiki offers the same benefits as hands-on. Distant Reiki treatments can provide relief from surgery, emotional healing, behavioral problems, and many other issues. 

Each session is 30 min. All you need to do is create a peaceful and comfortable spot for your pet to lie down or rest. Comfort is very essential during a Reiki session. A closed-off, quiet room free from any distractions with a comfortable temperature is ideal. You will receive a phone call at the beginning and end of the session to get your pet prepared and discuss any findings at the end of the session.
