  • Explaining how Reiki works

  • Pre-discussion about the issue and setting an intention

  • Full Chakra balancing using 12 to 15 hand placements and sound therapy

  • Focusing on the area of your concern

  • Following the discussion of the findings, coaching and instructional resources are provided to support your healing journey

  • Working on the main Chakras
